The 34th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology is organized by the AMS Committee on Tropical Meteorology and Tropical Cyclones and is hosted by the American Meteorological Society.
There are several sponsorship opportunities available at the 34th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology. All sponsors will receive recognition on the conference website, conference program and signage at event sponsored. Interested companies and organizations should contact Jen Ives at email@example.com.
All attendees must register to attend the conference. Registration may be completed on-line, via fax-in form, or on-site. Everyone presenting (both oral and poster) and/or attending must register and wear a badge. Be sure to register by 04/01/20 in order to receive the lower registration rate. Registrations received at AMS from 04/02/20 and through the conference dates will be processed at the higher rate (see rates below). After 04/24/20 please register at the meeting or online. Payment may be made with check, purchase order (hard copy required) or credit card (MasterCard/VISA/American Express). FAXED registration forms must be accompanied by payment (PO or credit card # only). There will be no registration refunds after 04/24/20. Cancellations made before this date will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
The full-week package includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, poster viewings, Monday Icebreaker, and Wednesday Banquet.
The one-day package includes for one calendar day admission to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, and poster viewings.
