All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine at 3777 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine for meeting attendees at the special rate of $219.00 plus tax. Rates do not include applicable taxes, services, or Hotel-specific fees. All taxes, fees and assessments are subject to change. Currently, applicable taxes total 14.95%.
The daily destination fee of $29.00 per room per night is included in the AMS rates. Attendees that book a hotel room within the AMS block will have access to all of the amenities included in the destination fee. A full list of the amenities can be found here.
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. We urge you to book your hotel room at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.
