Poster Presenter Information

We encourage all authors to reference the AMS Abstract Authors and Presenters page for general information about presenting at an AMS meeting.

Poster boards at this meeting will be 4' x 8' (1.2m x 2.4m) double-sided Velcro covered panels. These panels have a horizontal/landscape orientation. Presenters are not permitted to move the boards or change the orientation.

Only one accepted abstract/topic is allowed on each board. If you are scheduled to present 2 posters within the same session, please contact the Meetings Department ([email protected]) and we can work on changing the placement of the posters as soon as possible.

All posters will be located in the Galleria Hall of the Westin Waterfront.

Poster Session Set-Up, Viewing, and Tear-Down Schedule:

Poster Presenters are expected to stand by their poster, ready to present, during the Poster Viewing time on their presentation day.
