Processing Eddy Covariance Datasets with EddyPro Software

THIS COURSE HAS BEEN CANCELLED

This short course is designed to provide an introduction to the software and its use. Various processing options are examined including the Express and Advanced options. The latest version of EddyPro and example datasets will be provided during the course and used for hands-on-exercises. EddyPro will be installed as part of the first exercise. Where participants do not have administrative rights on the computer they will use, it is recommended to install EddyPro in advance of the course. The latest version of EddyPro can be found here. Time will be left after the conclusion of the short course's formal content for processing of participant datasets. Participants may bring their own datasets for this time. Instructors will provide assistance with formatting and metadata generation necessary to process data in EddyPro.

January 27, 2024 at 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern Time (In Person) - Baltimore Convention Center

Course Description:

Applicants will learn how to use the EddyPro software. EddyPro uses the most accepted and cited techniques to compute fully processed fluxes of water vapor (evapotranspiration), carbon dioxide, methane, other trace gases, and energy, using the eddy covariance method.
