Award Opportunities

Student Paper Award

The 25th Symposium on Boundary Layers and Turbulence Organizing Committee will host a student paper competition with award certificates and cash prizes for exemplary undergraduate and graduate student poster and oral presentations Awards will recognize three outstanding oral and three outstanding poster presentations given by students. Students must be the first author and presenting their own, original work. Students who wish to be considered for this prize must indicate their eligibility when submitting their abstract.

Student Assistant

Volunteer students are needed for registration and audio/visual support during the conference. Student volunteers are required to be in attendance the entire conference. The student will get their registration fee waived and $40.00 per day worked for food allowance. This program is a first come, first serve basis.
