Short Course Information

Whether as an attendee or an organizer/instructor, short courses can enrich your professional experience and help you develop new skill sets, improve your ability to reach personal and professional goals, and keep your present skills relevant in a rapidly changing world.

AMS certification holders receive professional development points for attending or leading a short course. Attendees receive two professional development points per half-day session and presenters receive three points per unique course or workshop. Additional information is available on our Professional Development web page.
