Annalise Blum is a visiting fellow with the American Meteorological Society’s Policy Program. She is also the Glenadore & Howard L. Pim Postdoctoral Fellow in Earth and Planetary Sciences at Johns Hopkins University. Her research applies economic approaches to improve water management and increase understanding of the interrelationships between climate change, urbanization, and water resources.
Annalise has a Ph.D. in environmental and water resources engineering from Tufts University, M.S. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in environmental science and engineering, and B.S. from Stanford University in environmental engineering. In 2016-2017 she was a National Science Foundation GRIP Fellow at the U.S. Geological Survey.
