Due to the shutdown of the U.S. Federal Government, the 2025 Climate Policy Colloquium will be combined with the 2026 Science Policy Colloquium (to be held May 31 - June 5, 2026). We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

You can attend the 2025 Climate Policy Colloquium through two avenues:

1) Register as a Paying Attendee

The $3,400 tuition fee includes all sessions, workshops, tours/briefings, and materials. Please note: the tuition fee does not include room and board or travel. 

If you do not have an AMS account you will be prompted to create one before registering (Note: there is no charge to create an AMS account). Those applying for financial support should not register as a paying attendee. 

Registration will be open until November 1, 2025 or until capacity is reached. If it is after November 1 and you are interested in registering, please email [email protected].

Cancellation policy: Those registered may cancel their registration up until and through November 23, 2025 and refunds will be granted. Those who cancel after November 23rd but prior to the start of the meeting will be refunded 50% of the tuition fee. Please email [email protected] with questions or to request the cancellation.

2) Apply for Financial Support

Early career scientists (e.g., graduate students and postdoctoral researchers) are eligible to apply for financial support to attend the AMS Climate Policy Colloquium. Full support will cover the costs of tuition, room and board, and travel. Partial support may also be available.
