Accommodations

Attendees were responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.  A block of rooms had been reserved at The Grove Hotel in downtown Boise next to the Boise Centre.

We urged attendees to book a hotel room at The Grove Hotel as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.

We have set aside rooms for meeting attendees at the special rate of $159 single/double plus tax and rooms at the government per diem rate of $93 single/double plus tax for those who qualify.  Each person beyond a double occupancy is an additional $15.00 per night.  Rates do not include applicable sales and/or occupancy tax, currently 13%.

Government Per Diem Rate:  A limited number of guestrooms were offered on a first-come first-serve basis at the prevailing federal government per diem (Government ID must be presented at check-in).  

These special rates were available the two days before and after the conference based on availability.

From 1-84 & Airport: Take the Vista / Airport exit. Go north on Vista to Capitol Boulevard, and turn left on Capitol Boulevard after approximately one mile.  The hotel is located on the left-hand side of Capitol Boulevard - just three blocks south of the Capitol Building - at the corner of Front Street and Capitol Boulevard.

Using The Grove Hotel Shuttles:

ARRIVAL - After picking up your luggage here in Boise, please give us a call at 208-333-8000. We ensure that you will be picked up within a 15 minute window. The shuttles are black and display The Grove Hotel logo.

DEPARTURE - When heading back home, please make a reservation for the shuttle at least 20 minutes prior to your required departure time from our property. Please call or visit the Guest Service desk in the lobby to check availability as spots on the shuttle are first come first serve.
