Reservation Cut-off Date
The reservation cut-off date is midnight E.D.T. on 5 August, 2015. Any individual reservations or rooming list received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. 

Guest Room Cancellation 
All reservations cancelled after 4:00 p.m. E.D.T. 72 hours prior to arrival and all “no shows” will be charged one night room and tax.
