Meeting Room Request Application

The headquarters hotel is the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown located two blocks from the convention center.  Standard meeting room dates, times and costs are shown in the meeting room request application.

Conference Call and GoToMeeting Rooms

We will reserve two rooms this year for the week Sunday, 4 January 2015 through Wednesday, 7 January 2015, from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Thursday, 8 January 2015, from 7 a.m. – noon.

We will have one room reserved specifically for conference call meetings, and another room will be for utilizing GoToMeeting software for screen sharing and audio/video conferencing.  These will be assigned and reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.  An additional FAQ sheet will be distributed to those with requests to reserve space to be sure they qualify for these specific room assignments.   These requests may be entered on the form in the section, “Other room details,” and we will try our best to accommodate requests.
