Bri-Mathias Hodge is a Research Engineer in the National Wind Technology Center, at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Cororado. He works on integrating renewable energy into power systems, focusing on operational issues. He has been involved in projects in a number of different areas including: wind and solar power forecasting, stochastic unit commitment, renewable integration costs, and residential demand response. Dr Hodge has a BS degree from Carnegie Mellon University; an MS degree from Åbo Akademi in Turku, Finland; and a PhD degree from Purdue University, all in chemical engineering.
