Matt Borgia, an AMS Member, is NOAA's Congressional Affairs Specialist for the National Weather Service, working in NOAA's Office of Legislative Affairs in Washington D.C. He has a Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University and a B.A. in environmental science and chemistry from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
