AMS STAC Conference Report Review
Thank you for helping organize your AMS committee or board conference. The AMS STAC commissioners would like to hear from you about how the meeting went and any recommendations you have for improvements for future meetings. Meeting reports are an important way to capture this information and share it with future meeting organizers from your board or committee.

You do not need to fill in all sections. The commissioners will review the reports and will reach out if we have any questions or suggestions. The information collected here may be shared in summary form aggregated across meetings with STAC boards and committees and with the AMS council during group discussions and reports. We also will share individual responses with your future board or committee meeting chairs at their request.
