All meeting sessions for the conference was held at the National Transportation Safety Boardroom and Conference Center.

Accommodations

Attendees were responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. A block of rooms had been reserved at the Holiday Inn Capitol.  The special room rate was $289 plus tax. There was a block of rooms at the Per Diem Rate
