The 30th Conference on Climate Variability and Change, 24th Conference on Probability and Statistics, and 16th Conference on Artificial Intelligence is hosted by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the AMS Committees on Probability & Statistics (P&S), Climate Variability & Change (CVC), and Artificial Intelligence (AI); as well as the American Statistical Association (ASA) Section on Statistics and the Environment (ENVR).

All attendees must register to attend the conference. Registration may be completed online, via fax-in form, or onsite. Links are available in the left-hand panel of this page. Everyone presenting (both oral and poster) and/or attending must register and wear a badge. Be sure to register by 06/23/17 in order to receive the lower registration rate. Registrations received at AMS from 06/24/17 and through the conference dates will be processed at the higher rate (see rates below). After 07/14/17 please register at the meeting or online. Payment may be made with check, purchase order (hard copy required) or credit card (MasterCard/VISA/American Express). FAXED registration forms must be accompanied by payment (PO or credit card # only).
The registration desk will be located on the second floor of the hotel, in the foyer of the Constellation Ballrooms.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. All meeting sessions for the conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore for all meeting attendees at a special rate of $160 single/double, $185 triple occupancy, and $210 quadruple occupancy. A government per diem rate of $140 for those who qualify is also available. Rates do not include applicable sales and occupancy tax.

Reservations made after 15 June 2017 are on a space available basis and the group rate is not guaranteed.
