Attendees were responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. All technical sessions and events for the conference were held at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa, located at 1746 Mountain Road, Stowe, VT 05672, and block of rooms had been reserved for our attendees.
We urged attendees to book a hotel room at Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.
We set aside rooms for meeting attendees at the special guest room rate of $186.00 plus tax and rooms at the government per diem rate of $143.00 plus tax for those who qualified. Rates did not include applicable sales and/or VT room tax, currently 10%.
