Accommodations

All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, 39 Dalton St., Boston, MA 02199. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at a special rate of $210.00 Single/Double. Rates are subject to state and local taxes.

To receive these special rates, attendees must request a room under the “The American Meteorological Society” room block by 1 July, 2015.  Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.  Attendees may call 1-888-627-7216 to make reservations.

Included in your stay is: Complimentary Internet Access in hotel including sleeping rooms and meeting space.

Confirmed reservations will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee reservations, cancelable up to 2 days prior to arrival.  There is an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax to avoid this fee be sure to notify the Sheraton Hotel before or at check-in of any change in length of stay.

Subject to room availability, these special rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the event dates. We urge you to make reservations early since space is limited. Reservations made after 7/1/13 are on a space available basis and the group rate is not guaranteed.
