If you want to learn more about a service on a particular committee or board, you can either contact the chair (using the listing of committee and board members and their contact information) or the commissioner of the commission in which that committee or board resides. Your application will be provided to the commissioners as they begin making appointments for the committees and boards of their commission. Please note that most appointments are made in the fall for terms that begin in January, so you may not hear anything for some time after submitting this form. Also note that great effort is put into maintaining balance on committees and boards in terms of sector, discipline, etc., so you may not be used on a specific committee or board immediately.
Volunteers are encouraged to apply to opportunities for serving in the upcoming year by 15 October.
Board and committee chairs will review applications and reach out to applicants by 15 November.
