Welcome to the website for the Committee on Atmospheric Electricity, part of the AMS STAC. Among other things, we sponsor the biannual AMS Conference on the Meteorological Applications of Lightning Data, we advise AMS on matters related to lightning and atmospheric electricity, and we nominate our deserving colleagues for various AMS awards and honors.
