Receptions at AMS Meetings

The BECP holds an annual reception for early career professionals on the Sunday evening during the Annual AMS meeting.  The reception is typically attracts hundreds of attendees of the Annual meeting.  The reception is a great opportunity to meet and network with others throughout the atmospheric sciences in the government, broadcast, private, and academic sectors.  The reception is also great venue to receive career advice or to look for a job since there are typically several mid and late career meteorologists in attendance.
