The 45th Conference on Broadcast Meteorology is organized by the Board on Broadcast Meteorology and hosted by the American Meteorological Society. The Fourth Conference on Weather Warnings and Communication is organized by the Board on Societal Impacts and the Committee on Severe Local Storms and hosted by the American Meteorological Society.
There are several sponsorship opportunities available at the 45th Conference on Broadcast Meteorology/Fourth Conference on Weather Warnings and Communication. All sponsors will receive recognition on the conference website, conference program and signage at event sponsored. Interested companies and organizations should contact Gillian Peguero.
All attendees must register to attend the conference. Registration may be completed online, via fax-in form, or onsite. Everyone presenting (both oral and poster) and/or attending must register and wear a badge. Be sure to register by 05/10/17 in order to receive the lower registration rate. Registrations received at AMS from 05/11/17 and through the conference dates will be processed at the higher rate (see rates below). After 06/5/17 please register at the meeting or online. Payment may be made with check, purchase order (hard copy required) or credit card (MasterCard/VISA/American Express). FAXED registration forms must be accompanied by payment (PO or credit card # only).

Exhibitors at the 45th Conference on Broadcast Meteorology/Fourth Conference on Weather Warnings and Communication have invested and committed their support to this industry. They have plan for several months or more to bring the Attendees the experience they seek and deserve.
Suitcasing Policy: Only contracted Exhibitors are permitted to promote their products, services or company at the Meeting. All company promotion and product sampling must occur within a contracted booth space. This includes, but is not limited to handing out flyers, approaching Exhibitor booths to sell products, and leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and show floor aisles. Exhibitors found doing so will be sent back to their booth space and materials left will be confiscated and disposed of properly. Attendees will be asked to leave the show and forfeit their badge. Additional penalties may apply. Any “suit-casers” observed by both attendees and exhibitors should be reported to the Show Management immediately.
