3) On-Site registration. The AMS 32nd Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology registration desk at the Hilton Condado, in the Ponce Foyer, will be open for registration starting on Sunday, 17April from 2:00-7:30 p.m. and will remain open throughout the Conference.
IMPORTANT ONLINE REGISTRTION INFORMATION:
Due to a migration to a new association management system and database, the AMS will be UNABLE TO ACCEPT online conference registrations from 11-28 March 2016. We will also be unable to process payment for conference registrations during this time. Once our new association management system is in place, we will be able to offer you an easier and more efficient interface that will better manage aspects of your membership and/or AMS profile, including a single login for all areas of the AMS site. Thank you for your patience and continued participation with the American Meteorological Society. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the AMS Meetings Department at meetings@ametsoc.org.
If you wish to register between the dates of March 11-28 please fax your form to (617) 249-0272. Payment will not be processed until March 29.

It is the Society's sincere desire to comply fully with both the letter and the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Attendees with special needs at the convention center should check with the AMS Meetings Department (617) 227-2426, (option 4) four–six weeks prior to the meeting so that necessary services can be put into place such as CART, special print services, or wheelchair accessible service for the hotel shuttle. If issues arise on-site, please visit the AMS Registration Desk
Special housing needs should also be requested when hotel reservations are made. AMS wants to ensure that each attendee's stay at the conference is a pleasant and productive one.
