Location and Accommodations

20 – 24 June 2016 Salt Lake City, UT

Accommodations

Attendees were responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.  All meeting sessions for the conferences were held at the Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel, 150 West 500 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.

We urged attendees to book their hotel room at Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel as revenue from sleeping rooms helped offset other meeting costs and was passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.

A block of rooms were reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at the special rate of $120 single/double plus tax and a government per diem rate of $106 single/double plus tax for those who qualified.  Rates did not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.6%.

Government Per Diem Rate:  A limited number of guestrooms were offered on a first-come first-serve basis at the prevailing federal government per diem (Government ID had to be presented at check-in).

These special rates were available the three days before and after the conference based on availability.
