Meeting Location
All meeting sessions for the conference were held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore: 300 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland, USA, 21202
Registration was located in the foyer of the Constellation ballrooms.
Accomodations
A block of rooms had been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore for all meeting attendees at a special rate of $160 single/double, $185 triple occupancy, and $210 quadruple occupancy. A government per diem rate of $140 for those who qualify was also available. Rates did not include applicable sales and occupancy tax.
Transportation
To / From Baltimore-Washington International Airport:

Taxi – Service is available on a first come, first serve basis from the lower level curb of all terminals. All taxis are metered. Approximate cost from Baltimore-Washington International Airport to Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is $35.00.
Local Transportation:
The hotel is conveniently located only four blocks from the Metro subway system and only three blocks from the Lightrail. BUS-MTA picks up right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. Stop by the Concierge desk for maps and schedules.

Parking
Self parking for overnight guests is $30.00 per day and valet parking is $42.00 per day. Rates include in / out privileges.
