Accommodations

Attendees were responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. A block of rooms had been reserved at the La Fonda on the Plaza in Santa Fe, NM .

We urged attendees to book a hotel room at the La Fonda on the Plaza as revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.

We had set aside rooms for meeting attendees at the special rate of $120 single/double plus tax. 

A limited number of guest rooms were available at the Federal Government per Diem ($119.00 single/double occupancy)

-One-bedroom Suite:  $180.00 s/d occupancy
 

All room rates are subject to prevailing taxes, currently 15.4375% total; 7% Lodger’s Tax and 8.4375% Gross Receipts Tax.

Car Rental:

Enterprise is the official rental car agency for this meeting and special rates are available. Advance reservations may be made online at Enterprise.com. Driving Directions from I-25 and Albuquerque Airport:

As you're leaving the airport, take the Sunport exit to I-25 North

Take Exit #284 (Old Pecos Trail)

Turn left onto NM-466 N/Old Pecos Trail

Proceed North to the third traffic light, bear right to stay on Old Pecos Trail

Sight left onto Old Santa Fe Trail

Turn left on E Water Street

Turn Right on E San Francisco Street, the hotel will be on your right

Proceed to the hotel’s parking garage at the end of the block, on the right side of the street
