Ad Materials
BAMS is printed on an offset press. Acceptable file types: TIFF, PDF, EPS. Fonts must be embedded and optimized for print. Colors should be CMYK format only. File resolution should be a minimum of 300 dpi. Flash files for animations in Digital BAMs (no larger than 5 MB).
Closing Dates and Cancellations
The monthly deadline for advertising insertion orders is the 28th of the month three months prior to month of issue. Materials are due the 4th of the month two months prior to month of issue. For example, the closing date for insertion orders for the June issue is March 28th and materials are due by April 4th. Cancellations are not accepted after closing date of orders.
