Membership That Opens Doors

AMS members get access to a supportive community; professional development, networking and mentorship opportunities; and meeting discounts, as well as free online access to AMS’s journals and webinars. We want to ensure that everyone can benefit from those resources during difficult times.

In addition to low-cost student memberships, we offer income-based membership tiers, and have introduced fee waivers for new and renewing members who have lost their jobs due to ongoing U.S. federal funding cuts.

How the Waiver Works
  • Submit the waiver request form and agree to the program terms.
  • AMS membership staff will review your request.
  • Approved applicants receive a 100% dues waiver for 2027.

Note: Waivers cannot be applied to dues already paid.

Contact Information Updates

If your employment has changed and you wish to update your contact information with the AMS, you can do so here.

Supporting AMS Members: Ensuring Your Work Moves Forward
