Your Author List

Corresponding Author

Designation

The corresponding author listed in Editorial Manager, whose responsibilities are described below, does not have to match the corresponding author designated on the manuscript title page. If appropriate, based on the responsibilities below, a different author can be listed on the manuscript title page of the submission and will be identified on the final publication if the manuscript is accepted.

Responsibilities

The corresponding author who submits the manuscript in Editorial Manager, and is designated in the tracking system as the corresponding author, will be contacted by AMS staff throughout the peer review and production process. This is the only user who will be able to access the manuscript in the tracking system (including viewing the manuscript status) and should be the individual who will be submitting any invited revisions.

The corresponding author who is specified on the manuscript title page will be responsible for receiving any inquiries or requests from readers of the article (or AMS) after publication.

Co-authors

Designation

Any individuals who contributed significantly to the manuscript and meet the guidelines of an author as described in item 11 of the Author Disclosure and Obligations should be individually named in the author list.

Treatment of Working Groups

A working group cannot appear in the author list. Any individuals who contributed significantly to the manuscript and meet the guidelines of an author as described in item 11 of the Author Disclosure and Obligations should be individually named in the author list. If the contribution of the group should be recognized, the name of the working group and its membership can be added in the acknowledgments section in full or as a URL link to the group membership.
