Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at The Adam’s Mark Hotel, Fourth and Chestnut, St. Louis, MO 63102. A block of rooms have been reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at a special rate of $115 single/double plus tax. Government per diem rates are also available to those who qualify. To receive the special meeting rate, attendees must request a room under the AMS block. For reservations, call the hotel directly at (800) 444-2326 or make your on-line reservations at http://www.adamsmark.com/ams06. If you qualify for the government per diem rate, you may make reservations at http://adamsmark.com/amsgov06.
Reservations must be made prior to 5 October and must be accompanied by a one-night deposit. Reservations made after that date will be on a space available basis. We urge you to book at the Adam’s Mark Hotel since revenue from sleeping rooms helps offset other meeting costs and is passed down to meeting attendees in keeping registration rates to a minimum.
