Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle before 4:00 p.m., Thursday, . All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 10 August 2007.
Student Travel Funding
AMS is providing a small travel grant to help offset travel expenses for the Conference. Interested students should contact Stephanie Armstrong (armstrong@ametsoc.org) by 15 June 2007.
Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. To receive the special meeting rate, attendees must request a room under the AMS block. Reservations may be made on-line, coordinated via e-mail or by phone. Reservations must be made by 31 May and accompanied by a one-night deposit. Reservations made after 31 May will be on a space available basis. Subject to room availability, these special rates will be available the weekends before and after the conferences. We urge you to make reservations early since space is limited.
