Sponsorship/Organizers
The 15th Conference on Air-Sea Interaction and the 14th Conference on Middle Atmosphere, sponsored by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the AMS Committees on Air-Sea Interaction and Middle Atmosphere will be held 20-24 August 2007 at the Doubletree Hotel-Llyod Center in Portland, Oregon.

Accommodations
All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at the Doubletree Hotel-Llyod Center, 1000 N.E. Multnomah, Portland, Oregon, 97232. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at a special rate of:

Standard Rooms $115.00/Plus tax (Block under group code AMT)
Premium Rooms $125.00/Plus tax (Block under group code AMT)

To receive these special rates, attendees must request a room under the 15th Conference on Air-Sea Interaction/14th Conference on Middle Atmosphere room block. Federal per diem rates are available, upon request, to Federal employees when making reservations (block under group code AMG).

Reservations must be made prior to 18 July 2007 and may be accompanied by a one-night deposit. Reservations made after that date are on a space available basis. Subject to room availability, these special rates will be available the weekends before and after the conference. We urge you to make reservations early since space is limited. Transportation
From Portland International Airport (7 miles):
Take 205 South to I-84 West and use the Lloyd Center exit. Taxi cost is about $20. To use
the Portland Light Rail, cost is $1.55

Parking:
Parking is available at the hotel for $9.00 overnight parking.
