The Full-Week package includes admission to all conferences, exhibits, coffee breaks, general receptions, and one Annual Meeting banquet ticket. The One-Day package includes admission to all of the above for one calendar day with the exception of the Annual Meeting banquet.

Seventh AMS Student Conference and Career Fair
There is a $25 fee for attending the conference and attendees must preregister, since there will be no on-site registration. Please note registration includes admittance to the Student Conference only. Attendees must register separately for the 89th AMS Annual Meeting. Registrations must be completed on-line by 2 January 2009.

Seventh AMS Users Forum
All attendees for the Seventh Users Forum must register and wear a badge. There is a flat registration rate of $50 to attend the Users Forum. However, registration for the Users Forum is included in the 89th Annual Meeting Registration. Registration for the Users Forum does not include registration for the 89th AMS Annual Meeting but Users Forum registrants may attend the Presidential Forum and access the exhibits.

12th Conference of Atmospheric Science Librarians International
All attendees for the 12th Conference of Atmospheric Science Librarians International (ASLI) must register and wear a badge.  This year, ASLI Conference attendees should register in advance through the AMS website or by fax for $50 until 1 December 2008.  Registrations received between 2 December 2008 and the conference dates will be $75. After 16 December 2008, you must register at the meeting or online only.  Credit cards are now accepted.  For those registering on-site, please register at the AMS Annual Meeting registration desk, not in the ASLI conference room as in past years. Registration for the ASLI Conference does not include registration for other 89th AMS Annual Meeting events, but ASLI Conference registrants may access the exhibits.

Registration Policy

Registrations must be received by 1 December 2008 in order to receive the lower registration rate. Registrations received between 2 December 2008 and on-site will be processed at the higher rate (see rates above). After 16 December 2008 please register at the meeting or on-line. Payment may be made with check, purchase order
(hard copy required) or credit card (MasterCard/VISA/ American Express). FAXED registration forms must be accompanied by payment (PO or credit card # only) and must be received by 15 December 2008. Refunds are given (less a $25 fee) if cancellation notification is
received by 30 DECEMBER 2008 (no refunds thereafter). Registration will not be processed without payment. Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed.
