This issue includes complete program agendas for all conferences and symposia being offered in the upcoming
Annual Meeting and is used as an itinerary and meeting planner for AMS members and meeting participants.

By advertising in BAMS, you will reach a paid subscriber base of over 12,000 AMS members—many of whom are
responsible for the purchase of their organization's equipment and services. BAMS is also sent to over 600 institutional
subscribers in meteorological, oceanic, and hydrologic services, business and industry, universities, libraries,
government agencies, and research institutions. Through BAMS, you reach thousands of government and private sector
meteorologists, supervisors of university and college meteorological facilities, research scientists, and a
host of other prospective buyers.
The deadline for advertising insertion orders for the November issue of the AMS Bulletin is 5 September 2008. Deadline for
ad copy is 12 September 2008.

Annual Meeting Program
The Annual Meeting Program is distributed to attendees at the meeting. The Program includes a schedule of all
conferences and symposia (with paper titles and authors) for the week, programs of general interest, special events, attendee information, and a listing and description of all exhibitors and publishers.
The deadline for advertising insertion orders for the Annual Meeting Program is 10 November 2008. Deadline for ad copy is 17 November 2008.

Daily BAMS
The Daily BAMS is a glossy, 4-page newspaper published Sunday - Thursday during the Annual Meeting. It is published on-site and highlights interensting events that occur during the week. The deadline for advertising insertion orders for the Daily BAMS is 12 December 2008. Deadline for ad copy is 19 December 2008.
