*Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle before 4:00 p.m., Thursday, 4 August, 2005. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 12:00 noon on Friday, 5 August, 2005.
Vendor Session
The Vendor Session will allow companies who have purchased AMS exhibit space at the meeting the opportunity to present their latest products. The Vendor Session will take place 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the formal opening of exhibits. The Broadcast Committee will contact prospective AMS Exhibitors with the deadline to submit vendor session abstracts by June 1. Participation in the Vendor Session is included in the exhibit booth fee.
