Exhibit Fees:
First Time Exhibitor Rate: $10/sq ft
Regular Exhibitor Rate: Early discount before August 15 $11/sq ft for Members, $14/sq ft for Non-Members
After August 15, $12.50/sq ft for Members, $15.50/sq ft for Non-Members
Exhibit Fee Includes:
- One All Week Conference Pass. This pass is transferable amongst your exhibit staff and allows the bearer to attend oral and poster sessions only. The pass does not include entry into separate ticketed events (i.e. banquets, luncheons, etc.)
- 24 hour exhibit hall perimeter security
- 8 ft. back drape, 3 ft side drape
