Report of the Ad Hoc Committee on Meetings

As part of the implementation plan of the Society's Ten-Year Vision, an ad hoc committee to study the AMS meetings was organized. This committee, chaired by Prof. Roger Wakimoto of UCLA, has completed its report, which was endorsed by the AMS Council on 30 September 1999. The Final Report of the Ad Hoc Committee on Meetings is provided here in the hope that the membership will provide feedback that can help guide the implementation of the changes in meeting structure recommended in it.
