Prizes will be awarded to those whose guesses come closest to the Twin Cities total snowfall between (and including) December 1, 2009, and May 1, 2010, and for the minimum temperature during the winter season (December 21, 2009, through March 20, 2010, inclusive). Any ties will be broken by the maximum temperature observed during the winter season.
