ANNUAL OREGON AMS SUMMER PICNIC

Mark you calendar for the annual Oregon AMS summer picnic! 

New member, John Platt, has graciously offered to host this year's picnic.

The event is open to all Oregon AMS members and family, including children.

Here are some of the particulars:

DATE:  Sunday, July 27^th, 2008

TIME:  2 pm to 8 pm

LOCATION:  Helvetia Winery, Hillsboro (http://www.helvetiawinery.com).

WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED:  A grill to cook on... plates/utensils/cups... and beer, wine, water and soda-pop.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:  Your own food to cook and eat (an entrée to grill for you and your guests, any accompanying side dishes and desert), and any specialty beverages of your choice. Secretary Drew will send a reminder notice a few days before the picnic, with directions to the Winery included in that notice.
