As of 4pm --- * Salem, Oregon reached a high of 73 degrees (as of 4pm today) and that is enough to surpass its previous all-time November record high temperature of 72 degrees set in 1969 and again in 1970. Records at this station date back to 1893! Salem's all-time November record high temperature stood for more than 117 years, until today! * Astoria, Oregon reached a high of 72 degrees (as of 4pm today). Previous all-time record high for the month of November was 71 set in 1969, 1970 and 1999. Records date back to 1953 at this station. * Vancouver, Washington has set a daily record of 71 (as of 4pm).
