June 23, 2011 AMS Picnic Update Oregon AMS members: On behalf of last seasons entire executive council, I would like to notify our members that the tentatively planned (but never made official) June 25th AMS picnic has been cancelled for this year due to logistics and a few other factors including projected turnout. The executive council for 2011/2012 will address the idea of either revamping the season ending picnic next June or we will find an alternate season ending event that will be a strong success. We apologize if this has inconvenienced any of you, but we felt it necessary to inform our members of this decision. Thank you for your understanding and have a great summer!
