Andy Latto graduated from FSU with a B.S. in Meteorology in 2004. He is a 2nd year graduate student, working under the direction of Dr. Henry Fuelberg. He is also working on a wildfire project for Dr. Rusher over the Summer of 2007. He was born in Florida, and lived in Pinellas County for 21 years. He has been interested in the weather since 1985, when hurricane Elena neared the Suncoast, causing widespread damage.

For his 2007-2008 term, Andy is hoping to expand membership in the chapter, both at the undergraduate meteorology student level, and outside of the program itself. He believes the outside membership should be critical in the chapter's outreach program. In addition, he would like to enhance members' involvement in the decision making process.
