The North Florida Chapter of the American Meteorological Society has an Annual Banquet in the Spring of each year. In 2008, Dr. Steve Lyons from the Weather Channel was our speaker. The banquet celebrates the year and gives members and guests a chance to listen to a nationally known speaker.
