Welcome to the Arkansas Chapter of the AMS
The American Meteorological Society National Chapter Honor Roll (2000)
The National Weather Association Chapter of the Year (1999)

Weather is one of the few things that affects all of us.  A lot of people have an interest in the weather, but have no idea where to go from there.  Enter the Arkansas Chapter of the AMS (whose membership also represents the Arkansas Chapter of the NWA)...which is a group of people that meet to discuss weather topics, to share ideas, and to find ways to reach out to those who want to learn more about the weather.
