Charles Kuster is a Graduate Research Assistant in meteorology at the University of Oklahoma at Norman. He is currently pursuing an MS degree in meteorology, having earned a BS degree in meteorology at OU in 2012. His undergraduate research focused on the use of weather radar to query thunderstorms as well as biological activity, though internships and employment at the Storm Prediction Center, the United States National Weather Service in Norman, and the Advanced Radar Research Center. Mr Kuster has also worked at the Colorado Climate Center, where he analyzed Community Collaborative Rain, Hail and Snow Network hail data and performed data quality control on the CoCoRaHS network. Mr Kuster's interests include, but are not limited to, radar meteorology, severe weather forecasting, and social science impacts in meteorology.
