Amy Fraenkel is the Democratic Counsel for the
U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation,
a position she has held since 2002. She earned an
AB
degree from Grinnell College and a
JD
degree from Harvard University. Previously Dr. Fraenkel served as Senior Policy
Advisor for the
EPA
Office of International Affairs and as a consultant to the
UN
and to the
OECD.
