Millinenium Stage at the Kennedy Center FREE Concerts  6pm every night Free performances every night. No tickets are required. Take Metro to the Foggy Bottom/GWU station and ride the free KENNEDY CENTER SHOW SHUTTLE departing every 15 minutes until midnight. There is no free parking for free performances. "FRIDAY EVENING PARADES"

8:45 p.m., Friday evenings, May 9-August 29

Marine Barracks, 8th & I Streets. SE, Washington, DC

Come out on Friday evenings to enjoy a concert by the U.S. Marine Band, Silent Drill Team & Bugle Corps. Seating for the Evening Parade generally requires a reservation. Reservations must be made in writing three weeks in advance to: Protocol Officer, Marine Barracks, 8th & Eye Streets, SE, Washington, D.C. 20390-5000.  In extreme cases, faxed requests can be sent to the Protocol Officer at (202) 433-4076. (Unclaimed seating will be available at 8:15 p.m. for non-tickets holders). General public seating is available starting at 8 p.m. You may park at Washington Navy Yard and take the shuttle to parade. SUNSET PARADE AT THE IWO JIMA MEMORIAL

7:00 p.m., Tuesdays

U.S. Marine Corps War Memorial (Iwo Jima), Arlington, VA

Sunset Parades, featuring the U.S. Marine Band, Marine Drum and Bugle Corps, and Marine Silent Drill Platoon, will be held Tuesday evenings. No parking is available on-site for this event. Park at Arlington National Cemetery OR you can take the Metro to Arlington Cemetery (blue line). Ride free shuttle buses to and from the memorial.
