Press Room Information The AMS will operate a press room, Monday, 12–Thursday, 15 January. All press representatives must register either online through the AMS Web site or in the press room at the meeting. The press room is equipped with PCs, a fax machine, and telephones. Internet access is also provided for press members bringing their own laptops. Press Credentials Press registration includes a press badge that allows access to all conferences, special programs, and the exhibits. Eligibility for press registration is limited to the working press and freelance science writers with appropriate identification, and public information officers of scientific societies, educational institutions, and government agencies. A banquet ticket is not included and can be purchased for $45.
