There are two options for incorporating Online Weather Studies into your institutions course offerings. Option 1: Entire course package. In its totality, Online Weather Studies provides the flexibility of offering the course as a lecture class, a laboratory course, or totally online. Course components include: textbook, secure course homepage, study guide with companion Internet- delivered learning investigations based on current weather, faculty resource CD with chapter test bank questions, textbook images, and a faculty manual, secure faculty homepage with answer keys, and collegial assistance by experienced instructors and AMS staff. Option 2: Textbook-only. The Online Weather Studies textbook is ideally suited for introductory meteorology lecture courses in which students are not expected to complete the investigations series. A license is not required. Textbook-only users have access to a special Internet homepage that will deliver the Daily Weather Summary, current weather products, and chapter review and critical thinking questions. Course instructors receive a complementary textbook and faculty CD containing chapter test bank questions, textbook images, and a faculty manual. If you would like to use the Online Weather Studies textbook, please have your college bookstore send us a purchase order by fax or mail, or call us. Click here for our contact information.
