As part of AMS' NSF GeoEd grant, teachers participating in the team-based Alaska, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, and New York City/Long Island groups will implement workshops to create high impact climate curriculum development, and improved climate literacy within their broader communities. We encourage participants to establish connections with local and regional climate organizations and entities. The following links will help teacher participants in this regard. Your LIT leader will guide you through the process of creating a Plan of Action for outreach and peer training following your course completion.
